Sales Service
1.Guide the customers to install water and electricity to make the machines placed and working properly.
2.Provide experienced technician(s) to help the customers to install and commission new machines.
3.Help the customers to train and educate the operators and relevant technicians to know and run our machines well, and how to maintenance our machines.
After-sale Service
1.We promise to give technical instructions for the service problem within 24 hours after getting request, and provide door to door service within 48 hours.
2.Create specified record for the customer to know the requests and provide proactive services.
